This was truly a spectacular video. I’ve been watching these kinds of videos for a few weeks and my dog brought me a stick that she cleaned all the bark off of it. I think I’ll give it a try but in a bigger bottle!
Thanks for sharing your amazing work and video, I have shared your video with a student and your video helps her to learn about how to make a ship in a bottle, you are so talented and stay awesome
I thought the painting wasn't quite as precise as it might have been, but the construction and rigging were outstanding. As was the incredibly complex lighting... Much more ambitious than mine, so far! My own ones I do in sections, so the fo'castle, poop deck of a galleon, etc., have to be put in after the hull (as otherwise the ship won't fit into the bottle) which makes the construction quite fun! My next project is a Roman galley -- so I have oars as well as a mast, bowsprit and sails to think about! (Wish me luck: I'll need it!)
I watched the video just two days ago after a long time and thought the same thing about the paint. But my question is: will you post a video? That would interest me a lot! And I’m sure you’ll do fine! 😃👍🏻 And I’ve just subscribed to your channel.
that's coolest ship i ever seen, i 've made quite a few in my day but dam it just was exquisite. thanks for making this video, i'm for sure going to step up add more to my ship making. just plain incredible
Thank you so much. Yes, another project is in the making. This time a ship repair but with an actual working (rotating) lighthouse. So far it’s going well. :-)

Video nicht unbedingt, aber ich schicke Euch was feines! Versprochen!
Just wanna ask, what kind of materials did u use for the sails?
Oh that was just an old polyester shopping back with kind of a silky texture.
And to form them: clear nail polish.
My wife really supports this stuff…
Would be cool for a way to add an intake somehow for fog from a diffuser
Now you tell me!?! I like your thinking!! 😀👍🏻

Nice. Gave some good ideas. Like the waves hitting the land. What did you use for the slow blinking lighthouse light?
Thanks. I used a micro LED and a wiring tutorial from an Indian guy. I’m in a hurry right now, but the link to the video should be posted.
