honestly I'd recommend either turning down the graphics when running the mods (ie: shadows, track quality) or if that ain't it maybe re-downloading the mod (or possibly the whole game) sometimes NR2003 can be a bit of a pain like that...

@smollerss5229 nah I got a laptop but I average about 20-27 fps and lower on the mod, every other mod is OK though
