We just did this on our home in October! 90° and it sucked, but I'm glad to see we pretty much did it the same way you did with just a few minor differences, like how you did the vent. We cut around the vent hole as we went rather than at the end. With just 2 of us, working evenings and weekends, it took 9 days total because it rained 3 days!!🤣
