Mr. Wilson - what make/model trombone are you playing here? (and is it an 'old badass' one from whenever/wherever, or can a trombonist buy a NEW one that will produce that sound - I do realize that the mouthpiece used matters - as well as what an individual is capable of playing, etc...) former French hornist - Houston Symphony / Orchestra Texas / Paragon Brass Ensemble / badass university bands - and superduper pianist, of course!
It seems to be an Edwards, with the bell mostly unlaquered. I’m not sure the model. Edwards are good horns, with dark and warm sounds. They aren’t as easy to play as shires, but they are great horns.
Lets be honest - Its more like Hindemith Piano Sonata for Piano and Trombone basso continuo.
