When you first put it on it did look too light, but by the time you'd put on the rest of your makeup this was looking great and seems the right shade. Is it that outdoors you look ashy with it on? I can't see anything wrong with your final look.
When I checked in different lighting, it was a tad bit too light. I can still wear it if I use face powder that’s more of my summer shade. I exchanged it for the shade slightly darker and now it’s a perfect match.

I just brought this foundation a few days ago so far so good!
I took it back to get a different shade but I really like it.
