    Wouldnt it be better to break the strength training up jnto more sessions if the load is deemed high? As to combat the diminished returns?

    Thanks for the great explanation! But I just wanna know how you measure the training load and what is your calculation to have these results on graphs?

      Training load is different for different sports. Most team sports will use distance derived from GPS data, cricket bowlers often use number of bowls, while strength sports may use number or sets or reps. The graph is just a visual representation of the general principle of load management, not a specific example 👍
