How to add page number to out of boder line on foot?

I have a question that no one has been able to answer even at Libreoffice. I have an ods doc and I had it make a single column table of contents. However, it placed the page numbers of the entries on the LEFT side of the page and the text entry on the RIGHT. Looks like this: 23......................................................Chapter Two, Instead of: Chapter Two.........23. I cannot get Writer to make a TOC with the text on the left and page numbers on the right.
