Some is on purpose, some is arguably accident. In every case it is a red card because common sense judgment alone should have sufficed to prevent that move.

Late to the vid, but just as I'm watching wanted to clarify that at 4;15, the foul by number 18 on 7 (bukayo saka) wasn't even given as a red during the match...
One thing to know tho throwing your leg up that high is not allowed and is considered dangerous play even if you do it and you don’t hit anyone or hurt anyone you still get a yellow card for dangerous play

If football authorities really wanted to stamp out some of this excessive brutality. They could do it overnight by letting players know that if they injured a player in one of these acts of brutality then they would be suspended for three game beginning when the other player was able to play again. While ever the other plyer was injured they would be ineligible to play and would not be paid.

There were like 4 that are really, REALLY bad and the perpetrator should be sued for it. Other than that, just idiots doing stupid moves, but few serious injuries.
Actually, most of the kicks to the face are unintentional. For the most part they're trying to reach the ball and probably didnt see a smaller guy coming to head the ball. Its unfortunate and obviously a red card, but more out of recklesness than intent and malice. The real dangerous stuff in this video are the diving tackles to the ankles of players. They're definetly out to injure.
