Scott Cook performance at the Blue Skies Music Festival - August 4, 2023

Albertan native Scott Cook is the personification of the travelling troubadour. He's one of the hardest-working DIY troubadours on the road today, living out of his minvan and is averaging around 150 shows annually, including a dozen festivals. Scott has been doing this EVERY YEAR since 2007. His latest collection (of his seven albums), Tangle of Souls (2020), sets the record for liner notes. It comes packaged in a cloth-bound, 240-page hardcover book of road stories and ruminations, equal parts introspection and insurrection. All the hard miles notwithstanding, Scott still believes that songs can change your life, and your life can change the world.
