That pistol is actually the Makarov and it is most likely came in a .380 but it also came in a 9X18 which was a wider bullet than your regular 9mm Luger ammo...

there's a mobile game like this called "paper please". It's kinda same like you have to check the documents/passports of the citizens and you also need to earn money for your food and such.
Papers please isn't a mobile game, at least not initially
