Though very respected, this band never got the respect they deserved, they were so fucking bad ass every member was perfect.... what a well-oiled machine....
Scott fez uma apresentação "diferenciada" dessa bela música. Robert é um dos melhores baixistas, mas Dean fez um solo de guitarra muito bom nessa apresentação. Todo ❤ para STP
If you look at Scott Weiland from 1992 through to 1995, his facial features and his whole physical appearance in general changed dramatically. And Scott Weiland's appearance again changed dramatically from 2008 through to mid-2010. People can say drinking, drugs etc, which all did play a major factor in his appearance, but in my opinion, it was the damn bipolar medications, which make you dopey, like Seroquel, and drinking on top of the suboxone isn't going to help. But I still love STP & Scott Weiland as musicians.
I might be wrong, but I read that he was only diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2001, so medications for it were not what caused his appearance to change in the 90s. I agree with you about it affecting him in the 2000s, but in the beginning of the band it really was drugs, most likely
As is almost always the case, when you're wasted, your live performance suffers badly. When you aren't, you are able to give the paying audience and your bandmates the show expected and deserved. This video is case and point.
Were the drugs wearing off....*or kicking in* ??? Because at this point, the rest of the performance - Plush, Creep, Wicked Garden, Interstate Love Song -were extremely well-performed at this venue.
Also I like the fact that Scott Weiland shamelessly wore his influences on his sleeves so to speak. I mean, you could almost read every one of his influences on him by this point in his career. Does that mean Scott Weiland & STP are a little un-original, absolutely not. Every musician & every band has influences, otherwise there wouldn't be a band in general. But in my opinion Scott Weiland shamelessly wore his influences on his sleeves and cudos to Scott Weiland for still being so damn original. Cheers.
Hmm, these certainly aren't the same vox as on the bootlegs from the crowd. But whoever was behind the redubbing and pitch correcting of the vocals needs to go back to audio school.
