after how many years, we can't isolate DNA from a blood and hair sample.

Well u can isolate that until fully disintegration or degradation of tissue

That’s because it doesn’t exist. They can strain tissue at high rpm and then call the finer goo DNA but it doesn’t look like the cartoon helical strands when you look at it under a microscope. Even an electron microscope.
