I moved there in 1993, West Coast. Hudson Fl to Indian Rocks Beach. When I worked at Skeleton Key Marina 94-97. I rented a 1 bedroom on the Canals for 400 a month. When i left in 2017 from Indian Rocks Beach, I was paying 2200 for a efficiency apt!! Now I live back in my hometown in Illinois and pay 320 for a 1 bedroom. Really enjoyed your video. Brian
