- In this elden ring video I'm testing whether any of the strongest bosses in elden ring can survive a small army of various knights.
To run this test I've scaled up all of the bosses to NG+7 and doubled their poise and put them up against a group of all of the main knight factions in the game. The knights included are Godrick's, Cuckoo's, Leyndell's, Redmane's, Mausoleum's and Haligtree's.

Its insane how much poise damage the arrows of those knights deal.
I've watched enough -Shadiversity- hentai to know -that- where -yeah, that's about what longbows at close range could do- this is going.
@@restcure It's really not. People have done testing and longbow arrows do not have significant stopping power.
No. The melee attacks deal much more poise damage here. Thtat's really bizarre, we saw the exact opposite...

This may seem obvious to you, but in the HEMA and associated community there are millions of people who genuinely believe that longbow arrows could easily pierce steel armor, and when proven wrong their next move is to claim the arrows would knock people unconscious or break their bones through blunt trauma instead.

The thing I find funny is how half the time there's a way he could have won, but the "all-knowing" Gideon's AI isn't smart enough to deal with anything except one hostile tarnished.

@@sekira4516 In this case he probably couldn't have done much, but a lot of them he's just using obviously the wrong spells for the situation and never really adapts his defenses beyond dodge spamming.
I dunno, after the 7th video in a row (one he said it twice) it wears out it's welcome.
This is why it is essential for your barbarians in the front to tank for the archers in the back.

Godrick has a pretty good moveset and could be dangerous when giving ng+7 stats
@@megalon_momentyeah he's actually god decent moves, somewhat easy to dodge most as a player but not something that doesn't dodge. He's just got joke stats, it's a shame because I actually think the dragon arm is pretty cool.

Hoarah Loux shaking the ground, knocking down every knights... except the Radahn's one who manage to finish him with a gravity arrow... but not before Hoarah Loux does another seismic blast killing everyone. Such passionnate warriors all of them.
Yeah the timing on that was more akin to a self destruct sequence, like Predator. I feel like if any of these bosses hopped over the melee knights and just took out the archers first, there'd be more victories. Their stacking poise damage was just too insane.
Placidusax always has the closest and the most epic cliffhangers imaginable.🐉🔥

Crazy that in every single boss rush you check, Astel usually demolishes whoever you are testing or gets really close to do so... that makes me wonder... can Prime Astel turn into Elden Astel?
He is like the full grown star beast...if his rng procs he can beat most enemies.

I can only say the Archers carried pretty hard every fight
The archers would be nothing without the tanks taking all the hits.
It's why the dragonlord won. He knocked out pretty much all the archers right in the start of the fight. I've never seen him Lunge before.
Malenia's fight went pretty much exactly as I thought it would. She typically gets slapped around by swarms in the first phase then makes a fight of it in the second. Have you ever done a Rick vs all bosses video yet?
That squeaky toy SFX catches my by surprise and cracks me up every single time you sneak it in there. I love it. Keep up the great fights, I love the creativity.

I think it would be funny to see how a legion of NG+7 plants would do against all the remembrance bosses (and the Laser Golem). Failing that, a perfumer squadron might make for an interesting video.

I gotta cool idea, but I don't know if it works:
Disable the fog gates on boss rooms and aggro all enemies to the boss to see who can survive the onslaught. Alternatively you could warp all the enemies in there a few at a time. I'm sure some baddies would get lost on the way but it sounds fun
It seems like Mogh almost always comes down to whether he lives long enough to Nihil. Which I guess makes sense, because Nihil is a devastating offensive move, a hefty heal, and arguably the most impactful phase transition of any boss all rolled into one. Only time I can recall it NOT being the deciding factor was against alexander and Blaidd and that was a really weird matchup because it was so heavily shaped by Alexander being immune to 2/3 of his kit and resistant to the last third.
Great content as usual Bjorn, amazing to see all those bosses insta-crushed, and Malenia, pierced to infinity by all those arrows. Btw, I miss some "Loretta action" on the vids, she's weak and all, but her moveset is awesome, maybe some overpowered meme-version of her, just like Rick, could give us a fine spectacle.
P.S: I don't even play Elden Ring, but dug several hours on watching your mod battles and lore vids from Vaati and Smough. Game is so brilliantly designed that charms us even when you don't own it. I'll surely give it a try once dlc is lauched. And so glad if you read it all this far! Keep up the great job, I'm inclined to try the game just because of the external content, like yours!
Regarding the Godskin Duo issue, that is a long running issue. Been here since 4 Kings in DS1 so don't expect it to leave any time soon. If I remember how it works correctly its because it just duplicates all of the damage done to the constituent entities on the one that actually provides the HP bar and which is hidden somewhere off-map. Because the individuals can still 'take damage' while dying, this happens.
However if you do want to stop that and don't mind doing some TAE editing, you should be able to hack it out by flagging the individual entity's Death Animations as 'Dodging' to make them immune to damage during these animations. I don't know if NPCs use the same FlagAsDodging that Players use, so instead of taking that one I would find the Bloodhound Knight and take theirs, since they definitely should have I-Frame's on their Bloodhound Steps.
And given how radically this bug can skew results in these massive 'Army' battles I don't think anyone would mind that small mod.

I love how all the knights just ran away after they beat up Gideon, like it’s some Japanese prank show.
It really shows the importance of melee facetanking pressure along with ranged that it wasn't the usual bosses who won here, despite a couple of close calls. Elden Beast's efficient aggressiveness with ranged attacks so early on was... unusual? It's the closest any of the bosses got to a curbstomp, at any rate.
The squeaky sound on Melania's death fail had me bust up with cry-laughter, I didn't expect it and it was so fitting.

Seeing all these epic fights makes me want to play this game myself but then I remember that I'm a casual gamer and I fear that I would find elden ring more frustrating than entertaining

Im having troubles with some summons im editing via ds map studio. You mind showing how you can make those summons not blue-like (not have the summon appearance). Was planning on incorporating dolores to some other summons and he keeps getting the bluish skin . HAHA
Hey Bjorn? Have you seen Garden of eyes' video where he has Maria fighting Malenia? Do you know how he does that, and is it possible with other Fromsoft bosses that uses Elden Ring's engine?
Maybe try the army that went against the giants. From what i know that army included Briar sorcerers, Fire monks, Zamors, Godfrey (and maybe his crucibles), and a bunch of Leyndell knights lead by Marika
Godrick Knights- Cool armor
Malenia knights- Cool holy coating
Morgott knights- Cool Lightning casting
Mausoleum knights- Cool tp
Radahn knights - Cool flame coating and serves cool demigod
Gideon dodge rolling about the arena was amazing. Probably what any player would do in that situation.
The Mausoleum Knights definitely have the best kit since they can teleport around and are invincible while doing so
