Good debut and thanks for the update! Do you have general performance comparisons of Rapyd against popular hosting providers, Kinsta for example? Also, are you using Rapyd on the BuddyBoss demo site?
We'll have comparisons and some case studies on public release, if not before. The website will be going live soon, so keep an eye out. As for the demos, yes they are; but the Demos aren't a standard WordPress setup, due to the way the Sandbox mechanic works.
Great news! I can't wait to compare Rapyd with VPS & Redis. Are you planning multilingual support through WPML compatibility with the app too? I know it's blocking several projects (not only mine) to invest into the app...I suggested it in the roadmap but it never appeared, so unfortunately no one can vote for this App feature.
It's been a discussion point, we're looking at multi-language support at the moment for Web and App; multilingual isn't part of it yet, but we're still investigating.
Using "Query Migrate Removal", completely brakes the sub-menus. They then appear behind the content div. Mobile menus also no longer work and return #, as well as the BB panel open/close button also returning # Why are you still using and relying on Query Migrate?

Excited about Rapyd as one of my pre-launch apprehensions has been about finding the right hosting solution. Will the hosting provide a staging/development feature, to allow users to build and test app features without affecting live app? 2. Removing the read more on web fallback pages in the app is fantastic news! 3. You mention that you are working on a new UI system to allow customisations and custom development etc. Will this include better header bar options for the app? Which is one of the most supported ideas on the roadmap. Thanks, can’t wait for future updates!🙂
1. Yes! You will have access to create a Staging site from the Rapyd dashboard. If you haven't already, you can reach out to the BuddyBoss support team to request a new sandbox App ID for staging sites. This way you can configure a second app knowing it has no connection to your live one. 2. I'm so happy our development team have been able to remove this and I hope you enjoy the improved experience 3. Yes! As part of the new App UI we will be delivering several header variations. Long term approach will be to let you build it with even more options, without requiring custom development. This new UI really does open up a lot more of the customisations; it's going to take a while to fully release, but you'll see progress along the way - and before the end of the year.
There is no mention of any directory plug-in served in done for you web services. Also please see to it that the team gives flexibility to choose from the plugins that are compatible with the platform than what they choose and are comfortable with. If I am missing anything here or don’t realise something while commenting this… pls enlighten me
