8.5 because size of some of the rooms are quite small, but I love the layout of them. I especially love the placement of the stairs. The back area is beautiful with lots of enjoyable individual areas to relax and have fun.
She has since renovated the home and from views on the show has it decorated beautifully. It's a beautiful home!!

For over 2 million dollars I don't want other homes that close to mine. The back yard was beautiful and the inside was nice but I didn't like any if the furniture and I'm not a fan of ceiling beams. I'd give it about a 7.
The outside of the house is so pretty. It looks like a cottage, with the stones. My favorite style. I don't mind the neighbors; that would make me feel safe.

I give Quad home a 9.2 bc the decor took away from the house. But, I know her house is a 10 now. Bc I know Ms. Quad have refurnished this home and probably repainted some rooms. I guarantee U that she have worked decor magic in her new home. Bc her townhome decor was beautiful. And U could never walk in her home and find a bed with the comforter hanging any kind of way. She’s just to classy😂
