Ok friends .. I live on social security.. here is a tip from me Start here Get a container/ jar with a lid Take $5 and put in that container Then add any use change when you can that’s how I started in 2021…. I saved my $1000 and I’m working on another $1000.. If you set a food budget try to go under that budget and save what you don’t spend as well.. Make minimum payments on debt until you have at least a $1000 emergency fund Just the spare change from the end of January to today I have $85 in a high yield savings acct….just keeping coins.. I don’t even count that acct
I think patience is also important I always heard this adage that say "little drops of water makes a river" meaning we can start from being consistent with the little we have and watch it grow bigger Thank you so much for these tips
You’re welcome! I agree patience is so important. I’m guilty myself of wanting the results right away, but say even a small amount add up over time with consistency is so rewarding ❤️✨
Afternoon Shadavia! I just want to say that I never watch these types of videos on anybody else's channel but I come with a pen and pad ready to listen on yours...thank you for these cause they help me a lot! Have a beautiful blessed day🌸🌸🌸
I'm so glad I came across your channel. I'm 56yrs old and have been living above my means for far too long on a "low income". I truly need tips to get a handle on my finances. For one, I know I have to downsize my cable, internet, and cellphone bills. I pray your information helps.
Hi Amanda! I’m so happy you found me. You’re already heading in the right direction with understanding your mistakes. Just remember to start by making small changes. Even the small changes can make a big impact! Wishing you the best on your financial journey ❤️
Hey Sha'Davia! Great tips and being a couponer for the past 10+ years has been a game changer for me. I also save my spare change when I use cash and I save digitally when I use my debit card.
Yes girl there is nothing like getting a good deal. 😁 Start back even if it is a small transaction. I love using my monthly $10 ecb from having a carepass subscription...it definitely comes in handy.
I have no subscriptions but I need to work on my mindset. I tend to get discouraged sometimes when it comes to low income. I'm doing a penny challenge this year in a jug. It's for the whole year so you can get up to 667 dollars if you save change.
Don’t get discouraged. The right mindset will help you achieve your goals and you’ll find ways to increase your income to be more comfortable. Don’t give up ❤️
I miss when I had my baby stockpile! Couponing, cash stuffing, and budgeting is going to have people thinking you’re rich! 😂😂 it’s truly an underrated blessing knowing how to do them all. ❤️
I love this! I def agree on the grocery/coupons. I swear by my grocery store and their rewards program. I think small goals help too and saying no on occasion
Hey friends! Happy Thursday! Thank you guys for tuning in to today’s upload. I see many comments on how or why you feel like you can’t save money and I wanted to ensure you guys you can with these money tips. If you found this video helpful make sure you give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel ❤️✨
Don’t be discouraged because you can too! Start with your expense and see where you can cut back or become a little more intentional. The reality is being low income is more than just how much you make. The best way I’ve found to make saving possible is generating extra income. As much as I would love to save with my paycheck alone it just isn’t realistic for the goals that I have. You can do this too! ❤️
1. Change your mindset from "I can't" to "I can and I will". 2. Don't compare yourself to others, everyone is different and at different stages in life. 3. Start small, like with your change. As she said, pennies make dollars.
@@carolyndalton7775you may be a half glass empty girl but your dream and desire to save and you are a hard working girl so you will get there, no matter what. 🙏
Hey hey great video as always !!! Mindset is key I used to believe I couldn’t until I just closed my eyes and said do it I got a job and everything something I didn’t think was possible
Look at that! I read The Instant Millionaire and it really opened my eyes on how powerful our words are! With the right mindset you can really accomplish a lot! ❤️

I cut subscriptions first. Right now I have about $75 worth and that’s a very comfortable number for me.
Those subscriptions really add up. Is it entertainment subscriptions or a combination of things?

I keep saying I need to start back every time I bring it up. I loved getting things for free and rolling them ECBs 😍❤️

Yes! Learning when to say no is a big one. Many fear “missing out” but sometimes you have to make sacrifices to reach your goals ❤️
