When you see a coach this cool calm and collected in an interview setting like this you know he's got all kinds of confidence. He knows how much pressure there is to turn around the defense after how bad last season went and he's got the composure of a retired grandpa that's about to go fishin. No doubt in my mind he's gonna do a damn good job, especially with the assistants under him. Sept 1 can't get here soon enough
