Please don't learn both at a time. Learn React first as it give you clear picture how it is working and all. Then after getting enough knowledge then start Next Js, because Next Js is nothing but an extension of React.

It all depends on the project requirements, but I would suggest that you should have a strong understanding of Enzyme and testing libraries like Jest...ek chota project ker lo jisme thoda thoda idea lelo jaise hi project me kaam karoge to os time pe requirements ke hisaab se pick ker lena.
Nice informative video but I had a doubt that how can u use Typescript in React as TS is based on OOPs which uses class components whereas in React everyone uses Functional component so how can u combine Typescript with React?
TS is a language like JS. In JS you can write functional code as well as OO code. TS is not based on OOP. It just provides type support. Hope it clears some confusion. For everything else there's chatGpt!

html css js are still a prerequisite or we can start learning react directly , coz I started off with react tailwind , and it never felt like regretting this decision of dropping html css js though iknew basics of these three , still i feel like what if the internships ask for html css js though i'll be applying for react js and ts

Yes always start with html css and Js then move to mern stack upto you but js concepts should be clear
