I love your videos because it feels like I'm going on an adventure. I don't need yet another "Seven Things You Already Know About Photography" video. Keep it up, thank you.
OMG... there is not a word for how envious I am Nick, so beautiful. There's a lot of people, potentially in your shot... such a popular place. Pea soup conditions at 3:30. I swear the rest of the group would be.. "where the hell is Robert now" because I wouldn't be able to put my camera down! The Black and White was incredible. You know, even if you can't get original... jeez its the Faroes. Color, Contrast, Sun Rays... are what make it different every time I'm guessing. Nick, make a calendar out of those shots and I'm buying !!
Great video. I went to the Faroes last year, and hiked out to the lighthouse on Kalsoy. When we came over the ridge, the wind was incredibly strong. I walked to the lighthouse, and stood there for perhaps ten minutes trying to decide if I wanted to walk past it, to get the iconic shot. I had come thousands and thousands of miles to try for that shot. The wind was so strong, and that path so thin (almost like walking a knife edge), I finally backed away and didn't do it. Not getting that shot haunts me a bit, and I will probably have to return.
Very sweet nice Islands, its better that the people of the Faore Islands keep it very expensive in order to deter massive tourism from destroying the beauty of the Islands, nice job Nick
Are you aware that your second image is absolutely worldclass? This picture should get out there! Very well done Nick. *EDIT* I take that back. You got several worldclass images here. Woah...
Wow.. I was there less than 6 months ago and didn't have to pay a thing.. Not sure if because of the season or new rules (I remember it was being discussed). Hopefully is used for the better good and keep places like this as pristine as possible for everyone to enjoy!
OThank you for showing us probably the most EPIC locations in landscape photography! In spite of the sheep Pooh and the mud, those hikes look well worth the price of admission. Again you found stunning but elusive light and I’m loving all your compositions.
"Don't want to shoot cover versions" - quote of the month. And that black & white image of the weather clearing the sea cliffs would be great on my wall, excellent!
WOW Nick! What an experience for you and the attendees. Like he said, all of the images are truly epic but I have to say that the B&W is so dramatically layered. It is my favorite.
Hey Nick! I love watching your vids... and many times i'm glad I'm watching from my couch rather than being up there so high in the sky! I'm so afraid of heights and being so close to that edge. I watched one of the other two vids chromecast-ed on my 65in and just watching you craz people standing so so close to the edge...yikes! hahaha But, putting all that aside, seeing all your beautiful imagery and compositions...your work is always a joy to watch. Thanks for doing what you do!
You should visit ireland especially the wild Atlantic way. We have some spectacular views and plenty of amazing coast lines and landscapes to photography. We also have a dark sky reserve in co. Kerry for some astrophotography.
I am in awe of this stunning place. And I literally dropped my jaw at your GORGEOUS capture of the arch (at 2:40). I love your videos, your PNW ones make me miss living in Washington for sure!
Epic place... epic pics. I'm sorry Nick, I can't be your wing man at this location. Between my natural dizziness and a couple meds that make me even more dizzy, it all produces epic anxiety. (Gives me the willies just watching just waiting for somebody to tragically go over the edge.) Unless I was roped off in a climbing harness for the hikes and pic setups, I wouldn't have a prayer of getting anywhere. But WAY TOO MUCH about me! Epic pics dude! ;)
Oh man, that b&w shot with the danish model is EPIC in the true sense of the word. I'm worried about you Nick, huffin' and puffin', hope you get a chance to rest when you get home.
Lucky is my thought during the time watching your trip, its astonishing and amazing, if I've been there I'll take like a million photo as each angle is a potential composition. Thanks for sharing such a lovely experience
Big, big thanks for you videos. I really love them. I do not understand people who give some thumb down. Big thanks again for the work and the offer of your videos. !!! ... If it's so slippery and muddy, maybe it's not a bad idea to take some hiking stick, I guess.
Okay, you've talked me into it. Next year with you and Mads! Superb series, Nick. Thanks for keeping it real, entertaining, and beautifully shot and edited. This is why I love your channel and learn so much from you.
Thank you Nick for sharing this experience! Epic scenery for sure...I can only imagine how glorious it would be to see it in person. It was exhilarating just sitting here in my chair watching the video & the accompanying music complimented it perfectly. I would be over the moon to come home with the images you captured...get those framed & on the wall! :)
Nick, one of your best videos! You and Mads seem to make a great time out there in the Faroe’s! All of the EPIC shots were portfolio quality, but my fav is the black and white layered shot. At age 61, I don’t know if I can make the required hikes. Guess I can try to get in better shape to make your workshop in a few years if you are still doing them. Thanks again.
Such a mystical, beautiful place. Mother Earth, what have we done?!
This has put the Faroe Islands on my bucket list, absolutely stunning and very very inspiration photography. Thank you for the video.
Are you aware that your second image is absolutely worldclass? This picture should get out there! Very well done Nick.
Super images looks a great place to photograph super blog
Incredible destination for sure! And equally amazing images Nick - nicely done man!
That beard holds all the secrets to landscape photography! Loving this series nick!
I love your videos because it feels like I'm going on an adventure. I don't need yet another "Seven Things You Already Know About Photography" video. Keep it up, thank you.
Three years late and many dollars short, but the shots were phenomenal!
EPIC. love the black and white
That ending B&W image is outstandingly beautiful! Dare I say Epic!
An epic experience. Thanks for sharing!

Fabulous experience watching these Faroe adventures. You can almost feel the atmosphere in the images.....epic.
Wow! Awesome ending to a great series Nick.
Very sweet nice Islands, its better that the people of the Faore Islands keep it very expensive in order to deter massive tourism from destroying the beauty of the Islands, nice job Nick
The b&w photo at 15:04 is epic.
insane! both destination and pictures
Gorgeous images, Nick. Those heights! Were I ever to visit, I believe I'd have to crawl everywhere. A helicopter tour is probably in order. Rock on!
Magic 👍👍👍
Holy smokes, all of you images from this trip are INCREDIBLE!!!
Yes i like this stuff. Very good vlog Nick. Thnx
The second image is realy one of the best images i ever see at this place...
Great, awesome, epic. It was a great experience for me to spend a week with you and Mads on the Faroe Islands.
That was a whole bunch of awesome (and epic) ;-)
Wow Nick!!! Love these photos. Keep em coming. 🤩
A whole heap of fantastic images but the second black and white shot is out of this world with the cliffs, clouds and sea stacks! 👌👌👍😎
Words fail me , EPIC sums it all up...love the lighthouse image...
Thoroughly enjoying your Scotland and Faroe Islands series, Nick. Great to see Mads Peter Iversen again.

Phenomenal! Scary looking hikes! The photos were incredible. Thanks Nick. Hope you are feeling better.

Only one word ... WOW !
Looks like a place you don´t wan´t to step wrong in the mist with those steep cliffs. What beautiful views. Thanks for a great vlog.
"You don't want to step on a sheep shit and fall off a cliff!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The second image at the end is the definition of EPIC!
It's M A G I C A L , what a place . THANK YOU for sharing Nick.
"Don't want to shoot cover versions" - quote of the month. And that black & white image of the weather clearing the sea cliffs would be great on my wall, excellent!
“The eggs are weird...”, hahaha, that’s what I will remember from your series here!!
Fantastic images. Great to have a person in the shot for size. What a landscape!
That’s a bucket list place for sure.
Unfreaking believable. What a location and you nailed some glorious shots.

Great video Nick!
WOW Nick! What an experience for you and the attendees. Like he said, all of the images are truly epic but I have to say that the B&W is so dramatically layered. It is my favorite.

Nice ! Your follow up video was like poetry in motion.

Damn I would camp up there.
Well done series Nick, beautiful images!
Beautiful work!
A photography cover band. :D This place is incredible.
What an experience Nick! Between all the hiking in Scotland and the Faroes, you might need to buy slimmer pants when you get back to the States
Okay, you've talked me into it. Next year with you and Mads! Superb series, Nick. Thanks for keeping it real, entertaining, and beautifully shot and edited. This is why I love your channel and learn so much from you.

Incredible images! 👍🏼
That spot looks super cool, actually I don't know very much about the Faroe island so learning from you
Hey Nick, it would be nice to open some kind of waiting list for the next workshop, since it's already sold out too far ahead! :-)
