I can understand the struggle that vernon is facing cuz even though I can speak English ....well not as good as the native speaker (English is not my native language) but my sister's English is not so good so whenever I'm trying to have an English conversation with my sister so that she can improve her English but I end up giving up cuz she can barely understand what I'm talking about bcuz all the she will reply is I don't care or I don't know...
