possibly, since Votary is a title for a monk or follower, however, ESO usually gives a title followed by two names, i.e. Adept Irnard Rirnil. They , meaning ESO, should choose one way or the other and not merely mix and match...or perhaps put titles in italics. But the devs have never been good at consistency in any aspect...and the writing in particular, has many, many problems with clarity, consistency, grammar, even basic alphabetization which they seem mostly incapable of doing.

Saving a few seconds, you can also leap over the railing by the altar to get down to the area where the doors are, rather than funning down the stairs, around the corner and through the doors 🙂
Sooo. I ran my first alt toon through. And found its best to just go ahead and do the full quests line with each alt. You will get 4 affixes and multiple ink from the quests and your alts won't be able to use the scripts from your main. You'll need to buy them or quest for them on alts if you want to scribe with each toon. So far I do like the system and don't mind the grind. It gives each new toon more of a reason the visit each zone and provides a reason to build your toons rather then power leveling.
I'll probably do the same, but not all folks will want to...also, you can do the quick route first...then go back and do the questline at your leisure later.
But you can still pick up ink with your other toons , i looked in help on ESO and it said you can use the scrips picked up from your main as long as you do the quest line to The second Era of scribing ….. and if that’s not true its still good they have a chance to pick up ink especially if you have 4 or more toons

I have a bug. I completed the scribing quest on one character with the crow being last one. But on my alt after getting the alter the quest continues with starting with the ingrik again.
yep, that's not a bug...you can go on and do the Indrik (and earn some ink) but you don't need to. Completing the 2nd age of scribing (quest 1) makes your alt eligible for all the drops and scripts.
Thanx as always for your vids. Maybe I have more time at the weekend to start scribing. Mini map add on, this was a good one 😎 while taking my controller and walk to the couch. Who cares about add ons? Life is too short to have it all 🙃
10 hours of missions with each character (I have 14) and a lot of gold to buy scripts and grimoires for each of them, do you think this is fun? I see it as an obligation to do that even if you don't like it. It seems savage to me.

I’m still not sure how into this I’m going to get at least this way I’m not wasting materials from missing drops on alts til I figure this all out
The grimoire merchant doesn’t show up after completion of the first quest on my alt, already finished all the quests on my main
he's there on all 12 of my alts...try logging out and back in.

I did this on a couple of vampires. Run stealthily by everything. Super handy even on tank characters.

it ends up...you don't need to kill him. A fast runner can do this whole thing in under 5 minutes now!!!

Ok: my Bank is filled with Affix, Focus and Signature. Why can't I use those on a second character I've done the Scribing tutorial Quest ?
If you have finished the 2nd era of scribing with alt characters you should absolutely be able to use your banked scripts with them.

There are 5 doors...all closed in the first quest, the Second Age of Scribing.
