The way in which Hadiya expresses the line "baná lày chhoťi cee dunyá", that carries a very deep message to all of the humanity, "come on guys strive for peace without hurting others", after the line "kyá hai tou kyouņ hai tou soch zará" maening "think of your footing ... you were brought to life from just nothing", so why run from the creator of time and hearts
The ads about Palestine pop up & just makes me wonder everytime how blessed we're to have food and a home. O Palestine, our hearts are shattered seeing you suffering. Indeed, Allah has great reward for u in the hereafter. You're true believers. May Allah end your hardships soon & may He showers his blessings upon you. We're ashamed as we cannot do anything for you except for praying and raising our voices. Forgive us on the day of Judgment before Allah for not doing enough for you my beloved brothers & sisters 💔💔💔 it just breaks my heart seeing innocent people especially children suffering this much amount of pain and trauma. I can't comprehend how you guys must be living through it💔 you've made me realize how ungrateful I was and how I took everything that I have for granted. Please everyone, in this blessed month of Ramadan, don't forget to pray for Palestine. When you stand at night for offering your prayers, remember them 💔
What Hadiya is doing at the start of her performance is called Sargam. Sargam is a term used in Indian classical music to refer to the seven basic notes (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Da Ne) of a musical scale. In Hindi, sargam can also mean the act of singing the notes in a specific sequence, similar to solfege in Western music.
Thanks for this raw and beautiful emotional reaction, great way to mention what we just witnessed at thee end, same feelings here and also goosbumps throughout even thou head it before. Please react to more songs from Nescafe Basement Pakistan, I recommend reacting to AADAT INSTRUMENTAL/BHANWAREY feat. Gohar (mix of two songs Aadat being probably one of the most iconic song from thiis region originaly sung by Atif Aslam when he was in Jal band and composed and wriiten by Goghar featuring here).
I’ve watched all the reactions to this I could find. This is the only one where the reactors articulated what they actually witnessed. These guys attained in this performance the ultimate purpose of art. To open gateways to different dimensions. This is real magick. It’s a human so fully in the present embracing the core of her being that something beyond the person takes over. The reason most humans never experience this state is due to the absurd level of discipline necessary to so fully dedicate oneself to the technical aspects of a discipline that one transcends it. Classical Indian singing is the hardest style of singing in existence, and she is a master of it at an age that has no logical explanation. The control over nuances of her instrument is absurd. And yet, she is far beyond technique in this performance, she is immersed in the invocation of the message. This is the genuine meaning of the surrender mentioned in spiritual traditions. And the force of it is so overwhelming that it puts those witnessing in touch with that deeper untouched aspect of themselves. The world needs more of this, so much more. 99% of the time we are being pushed in the opposite direction by this. Thanks for doing this reaction and sharing this.
Loving this coke studio/Nescafé PK rabbit hole! Some coke studio tracks less often recommended but superb: ishq di booti, hairaan hua, charkha nolakha, ishq aap bhe awalla
Nice selection abstraction guys. However I wish you’d listen while doing is playing. Pause to comment but when you are chatting while it’s playing you tend to miss key aspects of the song.
Of course! Sorry, it’s just human nature to be excited when listening to something so beautiful but for sure I will try next time to remember your words 🙏🏾
