I have same modal but my climate control is not working when start from the Remote. When i set climate controls to last setting then it works with Remote start? Any suggestions

To remote start you hold down the button or press it twice, the climate control does work but sometimes when it sounds weird doesn’t work. The Escape is now 10 years old.

I just checked the rear of the SUV and it doesn’t come with it unless if you get the Titanium trim level.
