    Worth stating that epoxy is temperature sensative, So if you are working in a cold garage curing time will be longer and if you sit next to a space heater it will cure faster.

    How do you measure 50/50 with the tubes for a singe job. I got some and tried it the first time yesterday and I put them side by side to cut evenly with a razor blade. But they are so big I made way too much. What is your process of getting thr proper amounts, while using the big tubes?

    I've bought the greenstuff with gap and I cut it to a 50-50 ratio, is it normal that it feels pretty hard when mixing the two ? Just the mixing, once it turns green it's pretty easy to work with.

    • @lastlightcreative6537
      @lastlightcreative6537  Год назад +1

  • @power_SERG

    What about moulds? I have a fur pad mould. Can I place the green stuff on it and let it cure a bit before removing it or is it better to press into it while in stage 0/1 and then removing it so it cures by itself?
    Bonus question, can I take blue part/ yellow part and just clumb them all together separately? I have the same long strip as you have on this video.

    • @lastlightcreative6537
      @lastlightcreative6537  3 года назад +1

      I would oil the mold first, then place the gs in stage 1. let it cure to stage 5 before removal.
      As long as you keep them apart and clean, it doesn't matter

    When you talked about dust and the camera zoomed in on your desk I was thinking "Wow, he really does have a lot of dirt on his desk".
    Then you moved your hand back and the I realised it's my screen that's dirty.

  • @DRUNKENxLAMAS
    @DRUNKENxLAMAS 2 года назад +1

    Would dust in the air affect the green stuff ? I just recently got into sculpting and now I’m too scared to pull the stuff out because my house is especially dusty. Even after cleaning my desk the dust is still circulating in the air of my work area. Is this something I should be worried about ? Or is it something I can work around just as long as my actual desk and hands aren’t dirty ? Thank you !

    • @lastlightcreative6537
      @lastlightcreative6537  2 года назад

      I'd try and work on it in the least dusty room possible. Outside, even. That said, it shouldn't be that big of a deal as long as you keep it covered during extended periods.

    • @lastlightcreative6537

    • @lastlightcreative6537
      @lastlightcreative6537  2 года назад

      If you make the sound yourself long enough the epoxy will learn to do it by itself. Or I've done this too long... I dunno.
