I have lived on Oahu for 15 years. This is arguably the best place to surf in the world, but I can’t say there’s any wave quite as perfect as that wave for a long and thrilling ride.
@@nuggyfresh6430 How long have you spent on Oahu? I’ve never been to Indo, but “Indo” is a term encompassing many islands. I’m sure that the many islands of Indonesia are way better than the single island of Oahu, but I’d be curious if any one island there could compete with Oahu, where you can find great waves just about everyday of the year. Friends who’ve been to the Mentawais said the waves are better but here’s also a lot more downtime. We have zero true downtime on Oahu

Indo is way better than Hawaii on almost every metric besides "has Pipeline"
