Thank you for the video. I've watched a few pond creation videos and many approach the design in a manner that is not consistent with a typical design approach. Most draw the pond randomly and then determine its volume afterwards. Usually as designers we determine the storage volume required first, and then we set off designing a pond of the required volume. So the question that is not addressed in the videos I've watched so far is, how do you go about designing a pond of a desired volume in civil 3d, say 100m3?
There is some really good content in here but it is difficult to follow your button clicks. As a suggestion, could you say every button click, even "escape" and "enter"? Then you can move as fast as you like through the content and students can pause your videos to follow the process in detail. Jeff Bartells is excellent at this technique. Thanks, Ken.
Another wayvto get better looking contours on the long end of your pond is to flip the triangles to 90 degs of where they are at present. This aline will make a huge difference. Can civil 3d do that? I know 12d model does (civil 3d's biggest competitor).
thank you very much, it's exactly what I needed for the basics of pond modelling! :)
You are amazing explaning all this kind of stuff, I'm your bigger fun from Spain! Thanks for these videos

Can you share the criteria sets you used for the pond?
