great tutorial. I am working as contractor for roads, and this design tutorial is very useful also in stage of construction. One thing you think about when designing but have worked in execution of construction is capability of machines that perform this work.

Hi I heard somewhere the explanation of the Feature line, so The Feature line is a 3D Polyline on steroids :) Awesome video - thanks for sharing! Cheers

It would be really grateful if you provide us drawing so that we can practise

Great video, but a question. When you generated a 3D surface for the Curb and Pond how did you limit the triangulation for the curbs so that triangles were neither drawn between the two curb islands nor across the corners of individual islands. I followed your procedures and ended up with triangles I did not want stretching between parking islands and across the corners of individual islands.

Thanks for the video. There is one issue. How do you prevent the curbs and the pond from forming a TIN surface amongst each other? When I try this, the two curb islands and the pond triangulate and form a flatter surface than the drainage surface, so after pasting the surfaces the drainage surface information is lost. If someone has a solution, please speak up.

Put the curb and pond in different sites. That way they won't interact until you paste the surface

how can we get access to the template you are using in this project?
because for me in the grading creation tools, I don't have these many options like "Curb Top" or "Curb Face"or Daylight...
Is there anyone who can help me?

great video! I often have issues daylighting my proposed surface to the nearby adjacent grades. For example, if I need to perform slight grade adjustments for mill and overlay how do I grade from my daylight future line to the existing ground surface? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
