In this weeks video we look at some cables i for use with the pa50 amp I could use a sealed lead acid battery but there are quite heavy so i going to try and use some lipo batteries.
Hi just subscribe to your channel , love it by the way. Im mad for anything radio , but just got myself a roach pole and wandering which battery to use I see the one you're using and the ones I can only find say they're 11.1 volts, 5000 or 6000 which one should I get please, ps I'm using a superstar 9900 . The batteries when fully charged are about 12.8 volts you can also use a lifepo 4 battery I haven’t looked into them. I used a yaesu ft857d on similar batteries and got about 2 hours of radio . If your going to use lipo batteries then your need a lipo safe bag in case the batteries puff up there’s a video on this channel about it. Maybe see you at Luton ham rally ??
