Firstly, I'm surprised someone actually commented on the Ironman video. This hasn't gotten any traction whatsoever so I stopped putting fitness content. But hi 👋 On swimming, honestly hard to recommend tips since I don't know your current form. But if you can, join a swimming class and get a coach. I've done a triathlon in the past and I still got a coach. It has done wonders to my speed and efficiency. If not, lot of amazing content on RUclips with lot of tips on how to improve form.
