I wish the interviewer would ket this couple speak and teach us without CONSTANTLY interrupting them with unnecessary words like "Wo" "That's good" etc.
Forgiveness is a ongoing process. Today we confess our pain, declare forgiveness to the one who hurt us, then speak forgiveness each time we recall the trespass. It does not establish trust or relationship but it releases that one to God's care and takes the devil's hand off you. In the process of forgiveness don't forget to forgive yourself.
While Dr. Dennis was ministering forgiveness, I saw the yelling face of the person who hurt me and kept me away. I released forgiveness to her from my heart with Jesus Then I saw her usual smiling face That means a supernatural exchange took place amen Thank you very much!!
I have listened to a couple hours of you Doctors in Jesus teaching and it is wonderful true and right. Peace increases using these God tools. I used it at work today and had a great day. Love you Kelly Green, woman of God. Thank you!
Take every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ. And deny the temptation to unforgive someone. Take the hard road. The road that leads to life.
Forgiveness stands as the ultimate triumph, a beacon of hope that radiates from the depths of our souls. 🌟💖✨ It possesses the power to heal wounds, mend brokenness, and liberate our spirits from the shackles of resentment. 🌈💕✨ Embracing forgiveness is an act of immense strength, as it requires us to let go of pain and choose compassion instead. 🙏💫🌼 With each act of forgiveness, we rise above bitterness, transmuting it into a force of love and understanding. 💛🌿🌟 Let us embrace forgiveness as our greatest victory, empowering ourselves and others to experience the transformative power of grace. 🌟🕊🌻
I give the hurt, the judgement and the other person's repentance to my Lord. That person is already hurting, otherwise they would not have done what they did. Ho'oponopono has helped me have my Lord's peace.
Believing can only be as good as understanding where as knowing is consolidating expirances in to yourself innerstanding N spellin has nothin 2 do with it Do you stand under another or do you stand in your own power
I forgave my family members who severely harmed me when I was a child, and they continued to harm me. This woman seems to be forgetting that Jesus said "IF he repents, forgive him." If someone refuses to repent, there is a time and place according to Jesus in Mt. 18, to "let him be to you as a pagan or tax collector." These ppl aren't teaching proper theology. At what point according to them, is the offender supposed to repent and ask forgiveness?
@noturningback2023 .. YES YES AND YES AGAIN!! A M E N !! Jesus said and I repeat your words "IF" a person asks you to forgive them, you must forgive them, even if it means forgiving 70 times 7. Every time the person asks forgiveness, we must forgive them. I also beleive that if I am certain the person will sin against me again, I will rather remove myself from their presence. God says in the Bible "Stay away from them." ❤❤❤❤❤
You misunderstand what forgiveness truly is at it's core. Forgiveness is that divine exchange of toxic emotion for peace. That's it. Forgiveness is for YOU. When Jesus said, "IF your brother repents, forgive him" (which implies you shouldn't if he doesn't), I believe he was speaking of BOUNDARIES. If someone hurts you, but they don't repent, they're just going to keep on doing the same thing and hurt you over and over again. In such a case, you are still required to forgive them from the heart to keep your own heart clean from emotional toxicity regarding them, but you mustn't neglect to establish proper boundaries or else you're not being a healthy and proper steward of both your own heart and theirs: your own heart because you're repeatedly exposing it to injury UNNECESSARILY (because you can generally establish relational boundaries to prevent it or mitigate the frequency or intensity of it), and their heart because you're enabling their bad behavior to continue by doing NOTHING about it and are thus essentially helping them to store up more judgment for themselves in the Day of Wrath if they will not repent. You don't enable their bad behavior to continue by doing absolutely nothing to discourage their bad behavior, like refusing to eat with them anymore, spend any time with them, or issuing some appropriate relational consequence. Absolutely not. We are NOT called to be enablers of sin. Consider 2 Thessalonians 3:10. "If they don't work (if they won't repent and do what's right by working/pitching in), they don't eat (don't "forgive" them). But if they work (repent and show their repentance by beginning to do what's right, though they weren't before), they can eat ("forgive" them). Also consider 2 Thessalonians 3:14-15. The principle found here is as follows: if anyone doesn't obey the teachings of an apostle of Christ, have nothing to do with them SO THAT THEY MAY BE ASHAMED (and will thus repent). However, don't regard them as an enemy (in your heart, which you cannot and will not effectively succeed at in the way God wants unless you forgive them from the heart as taught in this video), but warn them as a brother (telling them that, if they won't repent, they will most certainly have to answer to God for their sin). Besides, we're essentially commanded by Jesus to bless our enemies. You won't do that with the heart that God requires you to do it with unless you forgive them from the heart for the evil that they are committing against you. The Clark's are not teaching wrong theology in this video. I hope you realize that when you keep your heart clean from all toxic emotions through forgiveness and abiding in Christ, you remain sensitive to the heart and will of God in all situations and circumstances, which includes whether to establish boundaries with someone and, if so, what they need to be for both your sake, theirs, and any and everybody else who might be affected by the toxicity of the relationship dynamic that exists between you and the other person.
And yes, you are right in that there is such a thing as treating a brother like a pagan and a tax collector, which isn't a good thing. It basically means have nothing to do with them. Excommunicate them from your fellowship. If they refuse to repent, you still have to forgive them from your heart so that your own heart isn't poisoned by what they've done, but then you are to have nothing to do with them just like you wouldn't have anything to do with somebody who is just straight up evil and doesn't want anything to do with Christ or righteousness. In the Old Testament, the nation of Israel was to not have anything to do with enemy nations who did evil in the sight of the Lord. We are to be in the world, not of it, exposing people's sin and urging them to be reconciled to God. If they will not obey the gospel, we are to wipe the dust off our feet and have nothing to do with them. If it's a brother we're talking about, also consider 1 Corinthians 5. We're not to fellowship with people who want to keep their sin but also be a part of the flock. It doesn't work that way. The Clarks are not uncovering every stone that there is to be uncovered on the subject of forgiveness in the Bible in this video. This video was never meant to be an exhaustive teaching on "church discipline," which is really what we're talking about here. It's just a crash course on how to forgive from the heart and let the peace of God rule in our hearts in spite of people being people. Whether you choose to obey the revelation and step into greater intimacy with God through this or hold on to your hurts is up to you. I hope my comments helped and brought some clarity. I'm not here to argue or disrespect you in any way, for the record.
@@michaelvila7139this is some good insight. I had some difficulty understanding how you could forgive someone but still acknowledge the things they may still need to do to address the harm they caused. I looked at that issue as you can forgive them and if they want to reconsile they can help you or is even acknowledging what they need to do to help you a form of unforgiveness? Or is the other issue is not casting our burdens on christ to address those unresolved issues beyond forgiving the person?
You can't forgive and rehash the past! It's one and done lay the past down! If you will meditate on the lord and separate your emotions through faith, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, then the memory becomes wisdom! 🎉
Pray for anointed Ashley on her channel ask JESUS to keep the demonic demons and Satan away from her he won't stop herrassing her during the night he keeps on talking to her through her ears maybe in her mind pray for her to keep the demonic demons and Satan from talking to her
I'm not sure how deep you kind of people go into demonology but I have a really good description if somebody wants to figure out what it was I saw a few years ago
Forgive seventy times seven. The devil keeps coming back to remind you of what they done resist him and he will flee. Keep declaring the word by faith. The word of god is like a vaccination against satan eventually it will kill him off tormenting you. PRAISE GOD 👑✨🙏
Exactly. You cant forgive someone if you dont have love for that person. "I forgive you but you hurt me really bad and i cant have you in my life anymore" is not forgivness. That is resentment. If someone cuts off one of your arms dont ever hesitate to use your other arm to help pick them up when they are down.
I wish the interviewer would ket this couple speak and teach us without CONSTANTLY interrupting them with unnecessary words like "Wo" "That's good" etc.
The Clark’s teaching on ‘how forgiveness really works’ is lifestyle changing.
Please pray for me that GOD will heal my hurts wounds deep scars left by people
