Nothing about CrowdStrikes 12% stock drop on Friday was an over-reaction.

No. Deflation would be if the rate of inflation declines. Were more at a stagflation. Inflation increasing, GDP growing slightly and unemployment steadily high.
It’s called disinflation. Deflation is as mentioned above.

I'd be very hesitant to plan for a 61 month bull market though.
With the pandemic, we pumped the economy to kick the can forward - we're starting to see the effects of that now and we're also seeing an increase in the capitulation of the consumer.
Not trying to be all doom and gloom but you can't treat recessions as independent and identically distributed random variables / events. There are causal relationships between some of them and the reality is they are highly complex events that can't be generalized in such a way.
Also, no one is ready for the Taiwan black swan event. Is it the Typhoon or will it be something else? We don't know but there will come a moment soon where the supply chain get's disrupted for GPUs and when that happens it's going to be a big red day for all. Not saying we need to make plans around it but if your mind isn't open to the notion that it will happen then you won't be ready to trade accordingly.

I personally think we'll see chop lower until after the election. A normal correction then higher with all this money on the sidelines. I certainly don't think this is in anyway some climatic top. As for CRWD, I'm a bit stuck on it. I'm concerned what their liabilities are to their customers and whether that will impact their bottom line for the next few years. Still holding from lower, still unsure on adding.

Multiple all time highs with Biden leading country which he should have marketed. This pullback was normal, mild and I'm prepped for a real correction.
