- This one was created 4 years ago and it was the very first showpiece created at my own school, the Pastry Academy! It's nice to look back and see all of the progress I've made throughout the years.

For all we know, he could be made of chocolate himself, too. The amount of detail needed for that would be fairly comparable to his other sculptures
