Robert Smith your voice is incredible! Please come to the Pacific Northwest again❤
I was here and it was so amazing, I was in the lawn and got soaked by the rain but that definitely just added to the experience. By the end of the concert I could barely move my fingers, was freezing and soaking, I could see my breath, and my phone had water in it. But definitely was one the most amazing concerts I’ve ever been to!
We were on the lawn getting soaked. The rain was pouring down, the Cure was on stage, and 15 thousand people were being transported. It was magical and perfect.
🖤 one of the BEST shows I have ever seen. Smith’s voice was perfection! So many talented musicians.
🖤🖤🖤It was an AMAZING show. 3rd time for me. I was so glad to be in the pavillion - good view and I only got rained on a little. 🖤🖤🖤
I was in LT2 and could not believe how many times Rob came up and smiled at my group. This was my 8 year old's first concert and I think I set the bar very high. SO GOOD 😢
Maybe, You were right behind us? Omg, She could not see the Show???
@chrisnausadis6161 haha I think so!...yes there were a couple of moments when her view was obstructed, but not too bad
Thank you for sharing this! What an incredible evening to be part of!
Thank you for filming this. It was magical!
Thanks for the upload! I was there, on the lawn, soaked , cold, had to be up at 4am the next day. Totally worth it.
Thanks for sharing for all of us stuck out in parking lot hell on Pine Knob Dr. Took an hour to go less than a mile. I was so heartbroken hearing some of my favorites echo through the parking lot . We did eventually get to our seats about an hour into the set. They really screwed up with the traffic control and a lot of people paid the price for it. I only hope The Cure come back at least one more time, the show itself was fantastic and Robert Smith couldn't sound better!❤
I don't know if you could make out what Robert Smith said at the end, but he said his usual thank yous then "If we come back, we're coming here first." The crowd went wild when he said that.
I was center row M. Thanks so much for filming... What an amazing show! This was by far the best sounding concert. Their sound person was spot on. Perfect loudness and acoustics to showcase the band at Pine Knob.
Bro, I was @ N.O and said the same things. Hands down the best audio I've ever heard at a show.
thank you for bringing this rainy day back to life for me
I saw them play in Birmingham, Uk last year and I was in a high for weeks after.
This song when Robert starts singing gives me goosebumps. So much emotion.
What a joyful experience to have seen them live. X
Thank you for this ❤ We were there, on the top of the lawn. Enjoyed seeing this closer view.
Great show! I was there, dead center in the Pavilion but I was in one of the last rows and they're not covered so I got drenched between the opening act and The Cure, lol! Still loved it! Thanks for this!
I was in the 2nd to last row on the RH side. Got drenched as well. Which made things a little cold for the 2 encores.
We were right center row R. Absolutely fantastic show……..I miss it already!
Legendary performance. Thank you for doing this, you rule
MERCI
There was someone very special in the audience. And nobody noticed but Smith.
who?
Who!
His wife, Mary.
Do you know what section Mary was sitting in? I'm surprised no one recognized her.
She almost never comes to his concerts, prefers to stay at home.
43:07 the guy doing the sing-along sounds like someone's dad that doesn't know the words until like a half second later😂
Still in the afterglow; great show - appreciate you sharing!
Thanks for doing this. Fantastic.
Thank you very much for this complete show at Clarkston
I was all the way on the right. Amazing show. Thanks for capturing this
Most excellent, thank you for sharing! Seeing them this Saturday 6/24!
Couldn't get tickets. Thanks for the upload! Looks great.
Last Time i saw them was Pine Knob for the BloodFlowers Tour in 2000. This was WAY BETTER than that show..... my wife and I had the best time! (She doesn't remember even seeing them in 2000....) she'll remember this one!!!
What was the big differences if you can comment on them? The last Cure show I attended was also in 2000 for the Bloodflowers Tour, and I thought that was pretty special. Saw them in 1992. Same thing. Awesome!
Thank youuuuu I WAS THEREEE TOOO
SO MAGICAL NIGHT!!!!!
Thanks for showing the mutual fan and artist appreciation at the end!
Man they're good. Thank you for this post.
Thanks for sharing. ❤
It was a great show. Thanks for the upload.
It was an amazing show! I appreciate the upload because we were quit a few rows back.
I SAW THIS OMGG I WAS IN THE LAWN!!
I've been waiting for this to pop up, thank you. And tell the truth was it like the coldest night of Summer. I was in The Pavilion in row GG and was still freezing!
Still Spring 💯
Try being on the hill soaked to the bone, if you thought you were cold.
This long Entro, The first song. Is for Robert, Simon, the Band & the Audience. To start feeling the Trance, & Meditation. Too come along with the Words & Music 🎶 So you can also "Dream" with the Performance of The Cure!
Soundtrack of my live ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
aweson concert the cure lov❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing 😊💯✌️
Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤❤
I’ve never been so soaking wet and cold in my life, oh well.
Good attitude. There were worse places to be. That is certain.
@@djscott9207 man, the band were so incredible as always!! it was well worth the 500 mile drive. I’d drive to the ends of the earth to see those guys!!
Jason is absolutely pwerful during "one hundred years"
Thank you so much for posting. We were 15th row left of center. I had always wanted to see The Cure but it was always logistically impossible; waiting all these years for this show was so so worth it. What a performance.
Felt horrible to find out later there were people hearing the show from the parking lot :(
When the first opening notes of 39 played, I had ascended into heaven
I think the only thing that could have made this show better is if they would have played Fascination Street.
When they play that new song around the hour and thirty five min mark and Robert is singing "I don't belong here" I was totally looking at the security guard who is standing there like a muppet lol. Also the girl dancing to such a depressing new song is a sight to see LOL - she thinks she's at a Doors concert.
um. Plenty of girls dance to The Cure.
People who talk are annoying
As are people who comment about it
Pickles, I agree. So are the people ruining the show singing..
@@djscott9207Huh?
Great video but the dude singing along was the worst.
Lol always happens
Haha, and with all the words audience-man got wrong, I couldn't help but laugh. He didn't even get the lyrics to Lovesong correct 😂
@@kellydrinan He was wrong on every song...
Oh well.
Audience Man! 😂 lol
BAD WOLF
I was soaked
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hello, I really appreciate the love and support I get from you all my lovely fans
I sincerely hope you never stop listening to my music 🎶❤
@@RobertSmithofficial 😍❤
Set list?
Do it.
Any chance I can get a direct rip in hi res off the master?
Thanks for recording, but what's with all the talking? Why aren't people here immersed in the music. Concerts are expensive, and people stand around and talk? What the heck.
Is that a Morrisey shirt? Oh no no no no no
should have been called bro cam
Where the hell is this?
Oakland County, Michigan
The Mitten Baby and I so them live in Columbia, MD and they played Fascination street and it was Awesome 😎 The Cure are great musicians ❤❤❤❤
I saw them live in Columbia Maryland sorry for the bad grammar peps Rock on 🤘
No Piggy In The Mirror? What the hell???
he’s looking rough ngl
He's 65 years old, touring, singing 3 hour sets and his voice as good or better than it's ever been. You can see in his smile what a kind soul he is and he's gifted us with so many beautiful songs throughout the years. Who the hell cares what he looks like? Shallow much? I think he's attractive because of what he's done for music and how he loves his fans. I can't get a seat as good as I had at this show for any other band for anything less than twice as much. He made the tour affordable to all fans. I fall to see why your out here talking about what he looks like, some self reflection might do you well.
@@Nicole-qc5dh Well said. Robert is an amazing person. Musicians claim they care for their fans. Not all of them show it. This band does.
“He’s looking a little rough” is all you’re taking away from this? Really? 😡
Don't mind the jealous and not talented....
@@Nicole-qc5dh get his ass nicole
nice quality
