Having spent most of my life with undiagnosed ADHD I have some deeply held beliefs about my capabilities, even in the areas where I have attained “success”. I enjoyed the meditation exercise & I’m really curious (& excited!) about using, & contributing to the positive morphic resonance. My limiting belief that I chose for the meditation was “I never finish anything” so if I’m still practicing this meditation regularly in 3 weeks time, I’ll know it’s working & will post you an update! I am the light in all things Thought: It's ok to feel what I feel I allow the Universe to manage my feelings I don't have to like any of this and that's ok Behavior: More breath More time in nature (if that's acessable for you or watching nature videos with ASMR) More stillness (if your system can allow that) Time under a weighted blanket x
