the plexi plate is just from HomeDepot, get one, prob 1/4" is all you'd need, place it on top, trace with a sharpie, cut out, fit inside, drill tiny holes for screws to secure it inside. Trace 1-4 holes for servos.. if doing just the jaw, that servo goes near the front of the head, to the left of centerline, as in the videos..
drill coners out and use small sawblade to cut out servo hole(s), smooth with file/sandpaper..

fit servo, put in small screws to hole to plexi plate. Feed pushrod arm down side of skull to jaw. It will take some doing to figure best placement for hole.. closer to pivot point at jaw means move jaw movement. farther down towards teeth means less movement.

Hi Scott.. while i dont have a parts list handy, the rod end/swivel is from McMasters & Carr. They have these online. These are the ... the 1/4" swivels (if I recall). If your skull heads are heavy resin (like medical student grade, might go with the 3/8" ones. I was using the plastic hobby shop skulls, much lighter.
Sorty, i dont remember the part numbers, but i hope the company named helps.

No place I can think of, unless you try graveyardskulls website. All thats required is get a skull (use a Lindberg, lighter, cheaper), piece of plexiglass from HomeDepot or Lowes (HD is cheaper), place it on top of the open skull, trace with a sharpie, cut out skull shape, mark 1-4 servo holes (like in my video), drill corners, start a small hacksaw, smooth with file/sandpaper.. all this is in HalloweenForum website under Props Topics..

      I used a McMaster swivel eye, 1/4" all-thread, 1/4" nuts,
a couple compression ferrules, Servos, servo arm kits (for the pushrods) and a couple small L brackets
