My journey has taken me through various leadership roles, including my current position as the Country Head at Jay Jay Group. Here, I oversee quality assurance, technical audits, and lab operations, ensuring the highest standards for global clients like Nike, H&M, and PUMA.

From managing in-house production to streamlining processes across 8 separate zones, I’ve ensured consistent, high-quality results that drive business success. My ability to integrate lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles has not only optimized production but also helped us achieve cost savings while maintaining delivery timelines.
Before my current role, I served as General Manager at Croydon-Kowloon Design Ltd, managing quality control for leading brands like NEXT, H&M, and Terranova. I was instrumental in implementing strategies that ensured product quality at every step, from material sourcing to final delivery.
My career spans leadership positions at companies like Crystal International Group, where I managed multiple factories and developed quality assurance processes for global clients. During my 6 years at Youngone Group, I collaborated with top international brands like Nike and Hugo Boss, ensuring the highest standards in sportswear and woven jacket manufacturing.
Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my dedication and impact. I’ve received three Best Performance Awards for my contributions to operational excellence and quality improvement. My educational background includes an MBA and BBA, further enhancing my ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional results.
I’ve also completed extensive training in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and leadership development, which have allowed me to implement effective change management strategies, foster team collaboration, and lead businesses towards sustained growth.
