While rolling the fondant to make its lollipops in spiral … my fondant gets cracked… how to fix them ?? Please reply.. and how to bring softness and elasticity in fondant while stretching .. is edible glue is needed to join these spirals in round ,????
Hi, yes it’s because your using too much fondant icing which is causing it to dry up.. use less and need it.. yes you can buy editable glue in the shops and use a brush in between the swirls

It’s coloured fondant icing, they come in small packs.
How do you make the heart shaped one at the end?
I made the circular one first and then used the heart shaped cutter to shape it..
