You might check out the naked short selling, also. We can get little support from Congress to stop it, even though it is absolutely illegal and unconstitutional. SEC and FINRA are also appearing very nefarious/criminal in not providing public information and protecting the nakes short sellers. Investors, such as retail, are having their life savings stolen. Very widespread and serious.
This should've been passed a long time ago. I'm all for being frugal and investing in mutual funds to leave an enormous fortune behind for your family when you pass or inheriting a mature mutual fund from a dead relative, being frugal with that, and investing it yourself. But absolutely no president or member of congress or senators should become millionaires in such a short time on the salaries they are paid. It's literally impossible if there's zero insider trading.

Trading based on insider information is already a crime. Senator Merkley said that insider trading is difficult to prove. That might be true, but let's be honest. That obviously isn't why members of Congress are avoiding prosecution. They're avoiding prosecution because the ruling class is no longer subject to the same laws as ordinary citizens.

it’s a personal decision, but according to Forbes, housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.
