Fuck, i can't believe they actually played this song live!!! This and absolute zero are the best songs that for some reason never made it onto their albums!
My ex keyboard teacher Cesar went to this show with a friend of him and he said that it was amazing. How I wish to be there too,it is a shame that Faith no more is not around anymore to entertain us with their timeless music. Faith no more forever!!!!!!!!!!
Hey. You may know this, but it's as a big fan of "The Real Thing" in 90 (which is far from my fav now because of his voice, which is i think could have been part of the problem with FNM and Warner, as MTV would scrap a documentary of "Making of Angel Dust" and I don't think there's a pro shot of that tour) An interesting tune to check out in between that time was for "BIll and Teds' Bogus Journey" - The first version is probably more of what Warner wanted, "Sweet Emotion" but the same music, MIke changed vocals for what would be, "The Perfect Crime" prior to AD
I’ve spent too long trying to find this badass song. Used to have on a compilation and could never remember it’s fucking name, flicking through the albums and occasionally thinking it’s called the end of the world. This wiill huuuuuurt soomeoooone(yep)
i think his voice sounded better on the angel dust and king for a day tours - fearless, sinister, and he can croon like nobody's business. hes the best screamer - ever.
I would have loved to see them this song at the Bizzare Fest 97, I think it would fit perfect in that set list. I think 97 was when FNM hit thier peek live. Mostly because I think Patton started giving a shit what his voice sounded like and before it was more about the energy in his performance. And at the Bizzare Fest he brought those two skills together. Perfectly. Love live FNM!
@robbiesgod I consider myself a big fan of FNM -it´s my favourite band too-, and I´m not upset. In fact, there's another song I would have loved to hear live instead of Epic: The Cowboy Song
@TheShadowBrigade I know this is a really old comment but what makes the fans posers? This is an early performance of the song and something entirely different for the band.
Actually, the video is not "obselet" nor is it obsolete. The stereo studio version you brag about is widely available. Anyone can buy "Who Cares A Lot?" This video is unique for a few reasons: 1) Its from their 1991tour. This is an important transitional time for FNM. Patton began to contribute to the song writing. The band was playing around with a few new songs live- some never made it to AngelDust. 2) This version has the original lyrics. So please don't knock this, encourage more of the same

They are still around, put a new album out in 2015 called sol invictus
They’re on tour with Korn summer 2020.
This year was de transition of Patton's voice between the real thing era and angel dust era, so fucking awesome.

i think the reason it was cut from Angel Dust, was that the band thought it was "too gloomy"
