I am a big fan of yours. I wanted to ask, I see that you are cooking on induction, please guide the on the dos and don’ts . What all works and what doesn’t? Can you make good bhakri and Rotis on it?
My wife (she's Marathi) makes thisbthe same way, except that she pre marinates the chicken with a paste of Green chillies, lots of fresh coriander (Gauthi Dhaniya, not Cilantro), Ginger & Garlic and curd for about an hour. And no Broiler Chicken. It tastes best with country chicken, Deshi Murg, Gauthi Komdi😊

How you make soft bhakri? The way I know is with a complete mess all over and a thick one with one side crispy and the other side soft. We all would be interested to see your technique. Daakhava baraka, namaskar

Fish will not taste so good with this recipe as we are using robust flavours and fish taste good in delicately flavoured gravies
