Hi Patricia. Your welcome. I cant see why you couldn’t use another fruit if you wanted. This one was tailored to fresh blueberries … but the moisture content of the fruit would be the question. Just so it doesn’t bleed into batter. Lemon zest also does not go with all fruit. So may need altered if you chose to try it with other fruit
