It is fun to watch you folks enjoying Indian cuisine..... Guess over a period of time, having tried out various Indian dishes --- both North Indian and South Indian your liking for Indian foods has gone up leaps and bounds. Feel that while you are from outside of India you seem to have accepted being one with Indians and the country India. Thanks a lot for your continued effort in bringing to us your vlogs on India, its places if visit, its cuisine and people in general etc. It let us know as views from you as outsiders on our culture, its heritage etc. Thanks again.... Paddy
Your family is now our Indian family, congratulations 🎉🎉🎉,god bless your family and your relatives too, uploads more videos We support you no problem,🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
@5:25 no they're not same. Battura is made out of refined wheat flour whereas puri is made from whole wheat flour so a bit healthy. Although both are fried in refined vegetable oil but when we Indians make puri at home we always use virgin mustard oil which is healthier but also costlier compared to the refined oil that's why restaurants use that.
May my country be the safe home for everyone for ever. Saddened by the situation in Bangladesh. Happy to see this family, Fatima especially❤.. I want to visit Iran once.
Dal (lentils or pulses) & Paneer are like protein replacements for Indians who don't eat meat (for protein). Dal is a must for us to eat with Rice.. In South, they eat lentils as Rasam & Rice. Do try it.
You should make scoop of bhatura and with spoon you can pour gravy and chole together and have it , follow with raw onion ,all in one byte. Enjoy guy's 🎉
I guess they know that and very much aware with the indian food..they are living in India since 10-12 years or more..even their daughter has borned in India
Fatima has developed taste buds for Indian food and can make out that father ~ daughter duo are foodies ..... Mohammed and Fatima relish Indian food and eat with hands like us. But Fatima’s mother eats stylishly like a phirangi 😂😂😂.
@2:07 although u can eat Indian food anyway u want but how I eat dosa is by dipping the dosa in either coconut chutney or the red one and drink the sambar with a spoon simultaneously like a soup.
In india there are different foods famous from different regions, if you visit any place or resturant, ask the resturant "what is local famous dish of this state or city" ? then you will find more authentic taste. Like you are eating dosa in Karnataka, it must be authentic or most near to authentic ,since that dish is originated from there, but that "dal , chickpea & bhatoora ,Paneer curry & ROti " you will find better taste in capital of India,NEW DELHI. So, try to eat more local delicacies . Try this tip and always spent your money only on hygienic, food eateries and resturants. This is will definitely make you feel biss out.
Vegetarian southern Indian food is very tasty, but limit oily and sweet food once a week or every other week, i.e. if you must eat. Say no to sugar in any form in any food. I learned this from experts, in YT there are a lot health related by pioneers, doctors, scientists.
Best way to eat a Masala Dosa is to dig into it from between as it will expose the aloo curry inside. Add chutney and have it bite by bite form inside out. If you dont mind... we dont use left hand for eating (hygiene issues)
In Bangalore there is a Kashmiri restaurant owned by Kashmiri muslim lady called Sarposh on 80 feet road Indiranagar. Their chefs and staff also are Kashmiri muslim and you get authentic Kashmiri food which is just like the food on houseboats in Dal Lake. The lamb is sheep and it's quality is excellent which melts in mouth. You should try following dishes 1) Tabakh Maaz: Fried Lamb Ribs 2) Tujje Mutton Seekh 3) Rogan Josh 4) Rista something like Tabrizi Koofteh 5) Gushtaba 6) Marzwangan Korma 7) Nadru Yakhni Have these dishes with rice and Girda Tchot (Kashmiri Bread).
WOW! FOOD ACTUALLY SOAKED IN KASHMIRI HINDU BLOOD ! UMMMM WHATS NOT TO LIKE !🤩🤩👌👍 ... THE MUST HAVE DISH IN THERE IS DEFINITELY BLOOD SOAKED RICE ! YES COOKED BLOOD RICE! A KASHMIRI CLASSIC!🤩👌👌👍👍👍👌
Ohh myyy God🫣😱 This is not the way to eat this 😞 You should eat dal tadka with rice and paneer butter masala with butter Naan /tandoori roti only With all five finger of right hand should be involve while eating 👍
@@fati.greenland ok 👍 I will suggest you and your family to visit MAHARASHTRA and try kolhapuri food. Specially during Ganapati festival Maharashtra is heaven 🙏

As you know main foods like rice, roti, non chapathy etc are less tasty you have to eat with spicy side dish in correct proporation. If dall tadka is spicy eat cucumber a small piece. Main food, Vegetable salads and Raitha balence the spicy.Even ghee reduce spicyness
Indian food is just not dosa, idli and biryani. There is more than that. Bisibella bath, karabath, Pongal, vangibath and many more. in a middle class restaurant which is not available in these high end restaurant
There were no tissues on the table, nor were there small bowls or separate plates provided, making it difficult to eat comfortably. Because of this, they had to eat directly from the serving bowls. This was very disappointing for a restaurant.
UDUPI GARDEN , in sanjay nagar road , bangalore
Tnx for the restaurant name. Will def try it on my next visit to Bangalore 👍👍👍

Dal is mixed with rice in a separate plate and then consumed...was something to see Dal eaten directly from the serving bucket
Masha Allah Nice food also Nice family 👍

Yammi Dal Tadka!!!
👍
I also like to drink Daal like a soup. It's rich in protein so I like it to maintain my protein level.
👍❤️
Njoy
❤️❤️❤️
Now i am also feeling to try dal tadka...... Tadka means fry with spices
😍🙏🏻🌻
You should try Jeera(Cumin) rice & Daal(Lentil) tadka. That's very stable food for Indian home. Really deadly combination of taste 😍
Sounds great!

U should put the sambar and chutney in ur eating plate and eat. Same for chenna masala. Don’t take directly from the bowl
Ok next time

You should try kebabci in jp Nagar or Koramangala
you mean oz kebabci ?
Squeeze lime, sprinkle onions if given, take big portion of "chole, can eat daal with Rotis too
👍🌻
You can ask for A Plate or A Bowl for Serving Daal...............
How much did they charge for Chole Bhature?
around 180
Suggest better take small bites and you can use spoon to take chutney and sambhar. It will be convenient 😊
😂😂
This bucket is the biggest scam 😂😂 , we have been robbed so many times....
Next time order Idli- vada combination dipped in sambar. U can eat it with fork & spoon.
👍
Only the right hand doesn't touch the left hand .

Not everyone can digest Indian pickle it's a acquired taste

The only place to get the "best" Indian food in India is DELHI NCR. Once you have it, then you'll know the difference.
👍
