Subscribed I just started selling on divert and completely messed up the SEO portion of my gig to the point I feel I need to completely re do it. Do you recommend leaving it up to see how it does compared to a better optimized gig?
Hey Jerald, if you have a lot of reviews associated with the gig, then I recommend you keep the gig up and just tweak the seo. You can change the title, tags, description, etc as much as you want. But if you don't have any reviews or work done on the gig, you can just scrap it and start over. Thanks for your question!
Thanks very much for all the tips Susan! What do you do to encourage repeat buyers who let orders auto close and never leave reviews to leave a review? I have a number of them whom I know are satisfied (they keep ordering again and again) but I just can’t get them to leave a review. Any tips you have are appreciated!
Mike, on my quick response that I use when I deliver the order, it asks to please leave a review. If the buyer just lets the order close after three days, then I get a notification that the order is complete and I send them the #4 response. That usually gets them to leave a review. You can also always ask for a review!! You can't ask for a 5 star review, but you can ask ask for a review. Here's what I have in my quick response when I deliver the order: "If this recording was useful for your needs, please leave a rating and review. This really helps me improve my Fiverr standing."
