A lot of Blacks in Chicago depend on the welfare system which is why they keep voting their cronies in even if the streets are littered and crime ridden. A lot of Black neighborhoods in Chicago look like Detroit and Baltimore. Essentially they will continue to vote Democrat but are discontent only with the illegal invasion part.
