If you watch the video carefully, the “450 million” is apparently the value of the stores, and not his actual net worth. We do not know how much loan he has against those 200-250 stores. Net worth is your money after paying all your loans/liabilities. Also, only about 2000 people in the entire united states have actual 500+ million net worth and those who do, they do not live in Aliana neighborhood in Richmond TX and do not build their future house in a neighborhood area like what he showed. And lastly the super rich do not entertain such youtube blogger interviewers.
Imtiaz sb...you're doing a good job inspiring Pakistan youth that they too can become successful in life. The more such people we have inside or outside of Pakistan, the better it is for the country. I hope such people also support people back home (on merit) to make it to the US and become successful themselves.

Just wanna know how he was able to buy a gas station (even that was on partnership) after just working for just 9 months in a gas station. Either he is not telling complete story or either he is extremely lucky guy. It is almost impossible what he was saying and starting something is the most hardest part plus backing your business and your own expenses. Millions of people in USA, who do these kind of jobs are struggling to survive and the way he said he worked for just 9 months in a gas station and achieved all this is so shady and hilarious. My uncle and his family owns over 30 gas stations and some other businesses but it took them over 40 years to reach at this position. I own few small businesses and achieved this small success after hours and hours of grinding but I think I am not as luck as this guy.
ofcourse he won't tell u everything neither ur uncle would tell whole world how he made it .. but he did it and his profile is good that's why he is also a government officer .. I always believed that america is the land of opportunity .. every one can succeed over there if he don't do drugs and work hard and have business mind ,, if ur mind set is to make earning from just one store u will spent ur whole life there and won't go ahead and he made money by investing that money in other projects ,, there are such other examples where a guy who worked in store and with loan they bought gas station and once they made profit they bought more gas station and made millions ,, look it up on internet u will find ,, so if there is will , there is a way,,
People who understand business (like yourself) will not believe this guy. No bank hands out loans to 19/20 year old kids with no education, has a Pakistani passport, lived in USA for 9 months at a gas station. Where did he get the money for his deposit towards the loan? So many legit questions which he will never be able to answer.
You seem like a very genuine and honest person. I have gone thru similar path as you and lost alot on the way up, if I can tell anything I would say don't feel guilty all your life I am sure u did what u could for your mother just physically u couldn't be there probably due to circumstances. All this is God's willing people like us will be sad until we die but don't have guilty.
