      Click the gear icon and select account and settings. You should see it under the company tab if you are the master admin or company admin with permission to see billing.

    How to change customer to donor on desktop QuickBooks?

      That feature isn't available in QuickBooks Desktop. Customer means the same thing as a donor in QBDT. You can customize the name in your sales templates.

    This video is not that old (one year) and the "Account settings" screens look totally different already (2m32sec). How to add users is important info that is missed here.

      Thank you for stopping by. Yes, Intuit has changed the interface, multiple times since I recorded this video.
      To add new users,
      1) Click on the gear icon
      2) Select Manage Users to get to the new screen
      There will be two tabs depending on the type of users you want to add.
      1) The standard tab - this is where you add your regular users.
      2) Accounting tab - this is where you can add your accountant
