You got physically attacked in the store, you went to hospital.. Of course you press charges, plus you sue the pants off her. That injury could come back to bite you 30 years down the road
Last story, lawyer up and have them send a cease & desist letter and get a restraining order. She is on probation so if she violates the RO it gets even worse for her being arrested while on probation.
Also I'd be suing the scrapyard for receipt of stolen property if they did not produce the missing wheels post haste (Maybe not for the tires but the rims can get rather spendy to replace on a Mercedes)
I'd say that last story is fake. If it were real, we'd have heard about all of the aftermath, including who had to pay damages for what. Instead, we're left hanging with no real resolution.
The first story reminds me of something that happened on a train in The UK a few years ago. The train manager made announcement that because the service was very busy people with bags on the seats would be charge the full fare. In my carriage nothing happened until the train manager entering and charged the first person he saw with a bag on their seat, suddenly there were a number of seats available for the people who were standing
mine happened in NYC. hubby and I were taking the bus from 42nd street (port Authority) to Jersey. when we got in the bus there was 2 seats available in front of each other. oh well, my bad for not having limped to the bus earlier, so hubby took the first seat, I took the other. the mr I'm so important my laptop bag needs its own seat was super pissed. was like it was his first time taking the bus and doesn't know they always fill up and then some. he mumbled something to himself, I gave him a stare that said, "It's hot and humid, I have a sprained ankle, I'm tired from the walk here, don't try me bozo". he didn't lol
I think that on this side of the world, the choice they'd face would be to make room for people to sit, or be forcibly removed from the train by the police waiting at the next stop.

Car Story: After retrieving the car from the Scrap Yard, I'd have Sued the Unholy Howling HELL out of Karen for Trespassing, Harassment, Mental and Emotional Pain and Punitive Damages to the tune of at LEAST $500,000.00 in Civil Court so that would be on top of the $30,000.00 the Criminal Court forced her to pay me... Then I'd get a Full Restraining Order (No Contact, Stay Off My Property and Stay A MINIMUM Of 100 Yards Away From Me At All Times) against Karen...that last one would force her to move (assuming the Civil Court Judgement didn't already force her to sell her home to pay me) since her home is a LOT less than 100 Yards away from my home so if home, she can't be without violating the RO and getting Arrested and then spending the next 3 years in Prison for Parole Violation in addition to whatever the Judge slapped her with for the RO Violation... 😄😁😆😅😂🤣
Last story someone stole the wheels NO that's unlikely the scrap yard sold them or someone there took them. Last story: I could see my uncle doing this if he made the poor decision to move to a suburban area. In stead he downsized about a decade ago- sold of the ranch he inherited from his father that he and my Aunt had lived on together because he couldn't handle the memories after she passed and bought a small 10 acre plot of land that he built a decent garage on and got a simple modular house. He does EVERYTHING on restoration from engine, and body work, to paint jobs and electrical. His only rule is nothing newer than the 80's and the older the better. Growing up I helped him restore an original T-bird, I got to learn to drive in his Miata (still hate those things, they are not comfortable for anyone over 5'10"), got to ride in a Lamborghini he pulled out of a scrap yard and restored... Think the most expensive restoration he did was for a 1951 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith which he did for mostly fun as his boss bought it and supplied all the parts. His favorite car to work on though will always be the model A which is also the only car I've never seen him sell after restoration. last I checked he had six. five look like they just rolled off old Henry's production line, and the last one has been modernized with seat belts, a purple ghost flame paint job, and an aviator console for his second wife- he hates it and calls it an abomination but it made her happy so he tolerates it.
