yo! that william adams story was heavy, i am going to have to do some research into him. dude had so much juice that judges had to recuse themselves. he had so much juice that he didn't even bother with a jury trial, because he probably had the sitting judge on lock, too. sheeit!

Yooooo it’s crazy to see Baltimore look so clean, it’s literally a shit hole now and filthy everywhere.
Edit: Not to rag on B-More, it’s got a lot of history and an interesting city. Just a shame to see how bad it’s gotten. Being born in the 80’s I’ve only ever seen the Baltimore of now so to see it clean like that and not violent or crazy and that’s only 30-40 years ago. I always believed Baltimore had been like this for a long time like since the 50’s or so. Thanks for informing us who don’t know, you got a new sub with me.

I’d say the inner city could be better but there are definitely decent parts of Baltimore where it’s clean, nobody standing on corners or anything like that.

@@justdoinit2378 yea, I’ve been up by the college and parts of Northeast Baltimore that weren’t all messed up but like monument especially I’ve been on and it’s nothing like this now even that intersection. Part of monument is a drug strip.

@@justdoinit2378 let me tell you how it used to be in those decent parts . . . i lived in upton, a stones throw from bolton hill. i used to like to go through bolton hill, or chill in one of the little parks they had. one day i was just chillin on a bench reading and i saw some movement from behind a curtain in a brownstone across the street. not 10 minutes later, a young black cop pulled up on me and demanded i move on. i told him i was just sitting and reading. he told me it didn't matter. i said, so some white person called y'all to evict me? i saw somebody behind that curtain. and that is when he got mad and started to post up on me. i told him, my dad is a lieutenant and i know what you're doing and it's wrong. i called him a running dog for his white masters and bounced. i used to love that city, but it has failed on almost every level, like most cities have. if you are not very comfortable to rich in baltimore, or any other city, you live, mostly, in uncertainty and fear.

That's what I always tell people. It's taken 40 to 50 years to put this country including Baltimore into a Death Trap. I don't think this country will ever turn around.

No, Baltimore didn't always used to be messed up. Used to be clean, had places to shop, and everybody got along. There used more white people in the city in places you never would suspect.

Wow look at monument st. How it use to be a working class community with many races, to decades of blight and crime, to now redevelopment of the JHH efforts.
