Hey mate. This might be a noob question but when futting that new camera does that camera link up to your goggles or are you still using the stock camera and this one for flight footage ?

This can be done, but you might experience quite some delay in your video feed, might not be practical

Great video. I was considering a motor upgrade as well. With all the mods however it seems to be a ton of weight added to the overall kwad. What is your flight time now? Also do you have a final weight that I can compare to the stock weight? Also what battery are you using a 2s or 3s?
The flight time is about the same 3-4 mins, the weight won’t be that significant. I still fly with 3S
Hi, really nice video. I have a question. If I change antenna in drone, should I also change antennas in googles? I have baby ape pro v3 and googles that are in the fpv kit with it.
Just make sure your antenna is both RHCP or LHCP , mostly analog uses RHCP. Not sure what you have on your goggles tho

Do you know if the Baby Ape will fly on 1s at all ? Start up at all ? Take off at all ?
Theoretically, the FC can be powered by a 1S lipo, however, the weight of the entire drone and the motors are not meant for 1S, for this size 2S if most likely the minimum
will the Foxeer Lollipop 4 PLUS 5.8GHz antenna work aswell?
If you antennas is RHCP and UFL then yes
What is the length of this UFL antenna?
Frankly…. I don’t remembered anymore but I think I went with the shortest one I can find so either 65 or 75mm
The runcam camera cable that you soldered has and adapter with a circuit that don’t come with camera, is that something to prevent short circuits? What is the name or part number of that part?
That is a adapter cable made by flywoo, which is not required if you have the correct plug for the runcam. Below is the link if you need one

I believe so, they should both be UFL type connectors

i have EV800D goggles w stock antennas. should i upgrade those as well? what should i put on them?
I will assume the ant you have on the EV800D is already RHCP ? If so it should be sufficient enough

I honestly do not remember, but I think I went with the shortest one. Try Foxeer lollipop or Rush Cherry
Will i burn out my stock motors with 3s batteries? Also would the Cherry rc antennas work with this?
If you are hovering and cruising, 3S should be ok for the motors. But for aggressive stunts the chance of burning these motors are high. For antenna, for the original VTX as long it is UFL connector it should work. What orientation are you running on your goggles? RHCP ?
RHCP I actually purchasd a runcam thumb pro as well and Im wondering do I absolutely need the 5v regulator? becaseu the FC diagram shows 5V anyways. thanksfor your fast response!@@iFLYXWings6589
My baby ape with stock engines has recommended by seller 3s batteries, so don't worry. I'm flying it with 3s lihv 660mah and its little devil and make 11mins of flight ;)
